Arcello Focus is a deeply personal and spiritual series within Soma-Harmonics, written and produced by Liz Larin. The name Arcello was inspired by a vivid dream in which an angel revealed his name to her — and in that moment, she made a promise to create music that would help people heal.

The result is a collection of cinematic, haunting, and gently uplifting instrumental works designed to quiet the mind and open the heart. Dreamlike textures, spacious arrangements, and emotionally resonant melodies define the Arcello Focus sound. Each piece is accompanied by beautifully crafted visual films that enhance the immersive experience, inviting listeners into reflection, restoration, and inner clarity.

 

Arcello Focus is part of the broader Soma-Harmonics series devoted to music for wellbeing. Alongside the music, Soma-Harmonics and Bona Dea Publishing are developing a forthcoming book, The Body Is Listening — with excerpts currently available on Substack — exploring the profound relationship between sound, healing, and human experience. Together, the recordings and the written work form an evolving body of art centered on the belief that music is not only heard, but felt, processed, and remembered by the body itself.
